Our Mission is to help you
Sponsor H1b Visas & Green Cards:
Our mission is to sponsor USA work visas (H1b and Green
Cards) to qualified and experienced IT (Information
Technology) candidates to have them work for our company
and our clients in the USA. Green Cards will be filed in
3 months after employee has been on our H1b payroll.
We
base our sole relationship with our employees on
“TRUST”. This is a very important characteristic we
posses and seek in our candidates. Our overall mission
is to help you achieve your dreams with sincerity,
loyalty and fairly.
Candidates must not file Two
H1Bs Simultaneously:
The candidates applying for H1b work visa with our
company must not file H1b applications simultaneously
with another company. Failure to
comply with this rule will violate USCIS (United States
Immigration and naturalization Service) policy and will result termination of
employee’s application. The applicant will be subjected to further
investigation by USCIS for violating the rule.
H1b Visa
Application Acceptance Date: April 1st:
On April 1st
of every year,
USCIS (United States Citizen and Immigration Service)
will start accepting H1b visa applications. The
immigration lawyer will then mail your H1b visa
documents in a way so that it will reaches USCIS on 1st
of April.
H1B Visa Quotas:
Currently, the USCIS has set the H1b visa application
quota limit to 60,000 applications per given year. There
are additional 20,000 H1b visa quotas for applicants who
hold masters degree from the US institution. In an
event when there are more applications received than the
quota, all of the applications received on that
date will go thru an automated lottery system.
Lets say for instance that the USCIS
received 90,000 H1b visa applications on April 1st of
2008. The USCIS will officially close the quota on April
1st or the 2nd, 2008 because it received enough
applications for H1b visas. All of the 90,000
applications will go thru a random automated selection
and 60,000 will be picked randomly from that pool of
applications.
When would you be
Informed of H1b Visa Status:
By mid May, applicants will know whether their H1b visa
met the 60,000 quota or if it got rejected. A lynn
number will be provided to applicants whose H1b visa
application was accepted. Similarly, applicant will be
informed if his or hers application was deferred.
We Provide
Training:
If the candidate meets the H1b visa quota, gets approved
by USCIS and US embassy, the candidate will become our
full time employee. Our company will provide a full
professional 2 weeks training for IT workers in the industry
related to insurance, finance and medical domains before
they work for our clients. If the candidate requires
further training in technical area, it will be provided
with additional fees.
H1b Visa Holders
can Start Work from:
If a candidate is selected, USCIS will issue an H1b USA
work visa on behalf of our company. It will be mailed to
your home address. The applicant may enter the US just
before Oct 1st. On Oct 1st, USCIS will
officially allow H1b visa holders to work in the USA for
their employers and their clients.
Compensation Plan:
Our employees who are on our company’s payroll (i.e. on
our company’s H1b visa or Green Card) will receive a
fresher salary of US$50,000 annually and raise will be
provided semi-annually. Our employee’s average salary is
US$70,000 or more annually. During “on the bench”
