Mar 10^th    : Candidate selection deadline by our company
Mar 12^th    : H1b visa processing documents acceptance deadline by the immigration lawyer
Apr 1^st       : H1b visa application acceptance date by the USCIS (United States Citizen and Immigration Service)
May 15^th   : By this date, H1b visa applicants would have received a Lynn number if their petition meet the H1b quota.
                  : If applicant's H1b visa petition was not selected, USCIS will inform applicants accordingly. 
Oct 1^st       : H1b visa holders can start working for their employer in the USA.

 

 If you are seeking employment with our firm and seeking H1b visa sponsorship, please follow these steps.

Fill out our online application and submit your resume to us by Mar 10^th. If your application meets our minimum requirements, we will sponsor H-1b US work visa on your behalf thru our company. To qualify for H1b visa approval, candidates must have:
1. Four years of bachelor's of Science degree in Engineering or Computer Science field.
2. Two years of professional work experience including employment certificate.
3. Applicant must possess intermediate to advance skills in any of the following SDLC environments:
    Java, .Net, PHP, VB, Perl, Oracle, C#, C, C++,  SAP, Data-warehousing, QA, Business/Systems Analyst, Project Management etc.
4. The candidate must not file two H1b visas simultaneously from us and other company as its violates USCIS policy.


 

Please submit all your H1b visa filing documents to our immigration lawyer by Mar 10^th. Please review this link: H1b_Visa_Filing_Documents_Checklist and refer to the section in the list that relates to your application status. You must scan and email all of the documents listed on the checklist to our immigration lawyer at: resumedirect@gmail.com or you may fax it to our US office at Fax: (801) 780-8076. The immigration lawyer will compile all of your H1b visa documents into one single mailing package and mail it to USCIS.
